Question PC beeps 3 times with and without ram installed

My mobo support page says 3 beeps indicates bad ram, despite the fact I've tried multiple ram sticks and tried without ram entirely, and it still beeps 3 times. Do I need to replace the motherboard?
Specs:
Mobo: Asrock B450M
CPU: Ryzen 3 2200g
GPU: RX 580
Memory: Ripjaws 2x8 DDR4 3200MHz
PSU: 500W Coolermaster

Would be nice to know which basic parts you system consists of
Without any RAM, no wonder its beeping

Check manual and make sure you place RAM in A2 slot if one stick and in A2 and B2 with 2 sticks of RAM. Those slots are tricky to insert RAM so make sure it' properly seated. Reset CMOS first and reset it after every change you make.

Well, if you are dead sure you connected everything right it opens many other possibilities, From RAM to MB to even CPU as memory controller is in it. Since it won't even start, only way is to start changing parts.
