Question PC beeps when shutting down. Any ideas what it could be?

My computer seems to run fine, but when I shut it down, it lets out a small beep right before the PSU clicks and the whole things shuts off. I can’t remember when this started happening, but it’s at least since I upgraded my motherboard and CPU. I have a 7800X3D, an MSI B650-P WiFi, an RTX 3070, and an NZXT C650 PSU. I don’t know how to fix the problem because I can’t even tell what’s going on. Something important to note is that I do not have a speaker/buzzer installed on my motherboard, so it’s somehow coming from one of the components themselves. I’m genuinely perplexed as to what this could be because it’s coming from the PC itself. I don’t even have speakers plugged in.

are you using a water cooling system?
I would say it´s not a "beep" but a relais/fan or similar component, which loses power due to the power down. Nothing out of the ordinary. Most likely from PSU.
Try using the zero fan mode at the PSU on or off and try again, maybe this can confirm my thought.

No, I have an air cooler. Just to make sure we’re on the same page since it’s faint in the video, it’s a little chirp sound that happens right before the PSU clicks. It kinda sounds like the chirp a smoke alarm makes when it’s low on batteries. I can’t quite tell where the sound is coming from, but it doesn’t sound like it’s coming from the PSU (in fact, the video was recorded right by the PSU since I thought it might’ve been coming from there, but as you can tell, the sound in the video is quieter than you would expect if that were the case). I can only suspect the motherboard, but I don’t know what part on the motherboard could make that sound. I also have an RGB/fan hub that came with my case, but the only part other than regular wiring on it is a single capacitor. I know capacitors can whine, but I’ve never heard of one chirping.

EDIT: I also have an SSD, so it’s not a hard drive like I would suspect if I had one.

I THINK I FOUND OUT WHAT IT IS. It might be the capacitor on my fan hub chirping. I unplugged the fan hub and it didn’t do it when I shut it down. I’ll have to test more tomorrow to know for sure. As for why it’s chirping like that when I shut the computer down, I don’t know. I’m no electrical engineer. My best guess would be something to do with how it gets power directly from the PSU through a SATA cable.
