[SOLVED] PC beeps when turned on

First of all I do not have a lot of information about this PC because it's not mine but I figured I'd ask here if someone knows what might 'cause the beeps.
Note: has NOT been tested with a monitor YET. (Can't do that at the moment but later on yes)

So basically. When turned on all RGB lights etc go on. The PC beeps at the start. 1 short beep, pause, 1 long beep, 3 short beeps, pause and 1 short beep.
Does anyone know what MIGHT be the cause with this little information? Thank you if you try to help out and sorry for the lack of info at the moment!

Specs as much as I know:

TUF GAMING X570-PLUS

Palit RTX 2060 GamingPro OC

AMD 5 2600

Kingston RAM

Corsair CX650F RGB White 650W 80PLUS Bronze

I've seen some beep code lists but haven't come across this one yet.

Look at the Q-LEDS on the Motherboard, they should correspond to the Beeps.

I'm here again! The boot and vga lights are on. My friend has tried to place the GPU again and switch cables around but it still lights up.
