i have new quick have total security very best antivirus software and my pc don't have any virus in it
still it restart automatically while working showing different type of error on blue screen and after restart take lot of time to restart and some time it only shows blue screen after restart and blank taskbar area and until i go on start of windows 8 (bottom left corner) and click desktop icons and other option does not load up i have this issue from starting when i built up my pc

That power supply might be the issue. But let's start with the software first. Re-install Windows on your PC, that might fix the issue.

Check CPU usage and RAM usage in Task Manager. Also, here's a bit of a complex diagnosis method:

1. Open Event Viewer.
2. Click on Create custom view.
3. Select the Critical check box in the new windows that opens. In the Event Logs drop-down, select Windows Logs, and then click OK.

The new view should open up, and show you how or why your PC crashed in the past few days. Check what caused the crash under 'Source' column, and also the Event ID. Check the error corresponding to the latest crash, and check its source.

Okay, nevermind that previous method, I found an easier way. First, open Event viewer(search for it in the Start Menu). Then, it'll read the data for a second. Once it is done, you'll see three white areas in the middle. In the first white area in the middle, it'll say 'Critical', with a plus sign to its left. Click the Critical button. Then, on the right side, the second last option will be 'View All Instances of This Event'. Click that, it'll open a list of errors. Check what is listed under the 'Source' column for the errors. Try to remember the time when your computer last crashed, and see what the error corresponding to that time is in the list.

Just find the one that corresponds to the latest crash on your PC(compare the time of the error and the time your PC crashed). Just remember the time when your PC last crashed, and see what error is being displayed for around that time in the list. Check the source of this error, and you can tell me the source and event ID here.

Okay, now look at the time these errors occurred. Did your PC crash every time one of these errors occurred? If not, which of these errors caused your system to crash?

Then it's most likely a PSU problem or an unstable supply from the wall. My recommendation is to get a better power supply. When I say better, I don't mean higher wattage, but rather a better quality one. Get something like a Corsair CXM550(not CX500, but CXM) or better. They're much better quality-wise, and will most likely solve this issue, unless the problem lies in the power from the wall, in which case a UPS might help.
