[SOLVED] PC behaves very strange(Random BSODs, Hangs, Freezes)

Setup:

Motherboard	ASRock B450 PRO4
CPU	AMD Ryzen 7 2700X
RAM	Kingston HX424C15FB 16 GB
GPU	AMD Radeon RX 580
PSU	Aerocool Cylon 600W
SSD	Western Digital Blue SN500 (WDS250G1B0C) 256 GB
HDD	Seagate Barracuda (ST1000DM010)

Since I bought it, I have stumbled upon multiple random BSODs. Sometimes it just hangs and I have to hard reset the whole PC. Tabs in Chrome are also randomly dying (Aw, Snap! error).

I have done a total check:

• Malwarebytes
• windbg
• Memcheck

I have also installed different distros of Linux to check the problems, but they occur there too (hangs and tabs crash).
Also, there is noticeable coil whine mostly while scrolling.

This happening already for 2 months, I have run out of ideas.

Hey has this been fixed? I had the exact same issue, the issue for me was overclocking the ram to anything above 2933 MHz, didn't know beforehand but bought 2 sticks of ram that ran at 3200 MHz, however the CPU is apparently only designed for 2933 MHz.
