Question PC black screen boot after updating Nvidia drivers ?

So last night I decided to updated my nvidia drivers through geforce experience. Upon doing so I heard the typical windows error sound meanwhile my screen went black as it usually does when updating. However this time it never came back. It stayed black for a while to where I eventually just turned my PC off and back on. When turning my PC back all of my peripherals turn on but my PC shows no sign of life on my monitor. No asus logo, no bios options. Nothing at all. I've unplugged cmos many of times, drained power, tried unplugging GPU and launch with integrated graphics, and tried to safe boot. Screen stays the same. Monitor turns on, turns off, back on and stays on. Interesting enough though when I try to safe boot when I force it off that third time and turn it back on it stays on for 10 seconds and shuts itself off when it usually stays on. I'm lost and don't know how to fix it. Feel as if I tried everything.

Specs: Intel i7-11700k
Z590-a pro
Geforce rtx 3070
32gb Ironside ram

I get nothing. Just brightness from monitor turning on. No progress bars, logos, nothing.

And windows never boots. My monitor just stays blank the entire time

Try removing the card and boot on the integrated graphics, just to rule out something else like failed RAM.

I assume you have 2 sticks of RAM, make sure they're both seated correctly, if the are, try removing one and see if it will boot. If not, try the other.
