Pc Black Screen

Hi So I was Playing PUBG , then I got a black Screen So I turned off my pc , then got a blue screen that said windows didn't boot good so I said I'll reinstall windows , then my pc boots good for couple seconds , then my screen goes black then a fan goes wild Anyone can try to help ? also when I open my computer at first I get EZdebug light Dram for 2 seconds than get The CPU red light forever anyone can help ? Thanks in advance my build is like 1 month old ... Ryzen 1700/MSI B350m Mortar Arctic / GTX 1060 / 16GB LPX 3000 / 750w EVGA gold...

Just to be clear, are you saying after you first encountered the blue screen boot problem, you completely reinstalled Windows?

No its not repaired since everytime i open computer I get error message to reboot my pc to install windows , even if I do it it does same thing , also the screen goes black after like 10 second and does wierd noise after I see the motherboard picture in screen

Have you cleared the CMOS on your motherboard?
