Question Pc black screening with no BSOD on light load. Factory restarted and it worked for a little. Randomly started doing it again.

Got my pc in December 2022 and started crashing under light loads in late March. Factory restarted it 2 days ago and it worked until today. I went into the event viewer and I saw the event that I had been getting before I factory restarted was happening the whole time, it just wasn't blacking out my screen/restarting my pc. But it only started crashing when the kernel power started to happen after the application popup error. I underclocked my pc, used Ddu, updated all drivers, and disabled XMP. Does anyone know how to stop the kernel power from happening? The first picture is before my pc started black screening and the second one is after it started crashing.

if it is not a prebuild. full system spec? include brand and model of the psu
