Question PC blinks on then turns off

So I was moving my pc to my grandma’s house. Me being stupid I removed the plug and etc. Now I’m currently at grandmas house and when I plug it in and turn it on it blinks on then turns off. 10 seconds later it turns on and off. Could it be something with the power supply. My power supply is decent. Or maybe could it be the outlets arent giving enough power. I tried multiple outlets inside the house

I think my power supply is a seasonic focus gold plus 650 or 750

Could it be because this house is 220W and my other one was 110?

higher wattage in that place shouldn't be a problem, do you have cmos speakers? does it beep?
