Hello.

For the past few months i've experienced a number of crashes and BSOD happening daily.
Most of the BSOD have the driver ntoskrnl.exe as the cause, which i've heard could be because of a hardware problem.
I've tried almost everything people have suggested, but nothing has helped.
Some things I've tried:
  • Clean install
  • MemTest86 (and tried another set of RAM)
  • Installing another graphics card
  • Stress tested CPU
  • sfc /scannow
  • Reinstalled graphics card drivers
If anyone have any ideas of how to solve it please let me know.

Some minidumps (I've attached a minidump from a driver verifier I just ran): https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1gyb6GCE4dMGL_-ytXLeVucALeFgPLO5d?usp=sharing

Have i ever suggested you try asking on here, to get an outside opinion and see what we might have missed - follow the posting instructions. - https://www.tenforums.com/bsod-crashes-debugging/
I would link this post as they might ask you to do things we have suggested already,
Not out of ideas but it might help you fix this never ending story

can you re enable amdppm, I don't think that actually helped. Some of the BSOD you got now appear to be power related. not PSU, windows.

ATTEMPTED_EXECUTE_OF_NOEXECUTE_MEMORY (FC) could have been gpu drivers. But really, I would try on tenforums as they might figure this out for you. they know me over there, although I don't go there often... 1 forum is enough :)

i don't know.

things it isn't likely caused by -
MB - replaced. Still crashes
GPU - replaced
RAM - replaced
storage - installed on both ssd and hdd, crashes

CPU passes tests.
PSU?? https://www.anandtech.com/show/12070/the-corsair-tx550m-80plus-gold-psu-review/5#:~:text=Today we reviewed the least,an 80Plus Gold efficiency certification.

refresher -
CPU - Ryzen 3600
Mobo - B450 Tomahawk Max (replaced)
Ram - 16gb - replaced
GPU - RX 5700 XT (Card was replaced)
Storage - 1gb Seagate (tested with seatools for windows short test) installed win 10 on this, still crashes
250gb Samsung ssd
Other ssd (840 Pro)
PSU - Corsair TX550M, 550W PSU

PC crashes without BSOD - this shows its not windows. Hardware... but what?

it started as crashes in Valorant, its still crashes in valorant. And blaming gpu drivers.

I finished one long bsod post tonight, it was blaming the GPU drivers the last 2 months, just like you he swapped cards and it kept blaming gpu drivers. It was his ram, it caused errors if he ran OCCT with ram in XMP, it wouldn't if he turned XMP off.
Maybe this is same as we replaced everything. You tried dads ram, but it caused errors in Prime 95, so not a good test.

maybe try running without XMP on and see if that makes any difference... or have we tried that?

Is there any AMD stresstests that I can run to check my CPU?
philc43 thinks that the cause of the BSOD's might be my CPU, and thinks that i have enough evidence to RMA it. What do you think?

I just don't want to RMA my CPU, and then have to wait a month to get it back with them telling me that there isn't a problem with it.
Could it be some bios settings that are configured wrong? (I haven't changed any of them, not even XMP)

well, i don't know... (honestly) so maybe if you want a 3rd opinion, you best ask on here - https://forum-en.msi.com/index.php since most of the B450 boards I seem to have problems with are MSI.

Or try that repair shop or ask them if they have a CPU they can swap into board to see if it makes any difference. Since replacing board didn't fix anything.
Now my games are starting to crash randomly, so I'll RMA my CPU on Tuesday.
At the MSI forum they suggested that I bought a 650w PSU instead of my 550w, but since my pc crashed without my graphics card which uses a lot of power, I doubt it's the cause. However I will probably buy a new one if the CPU turns out to be fine.
