ok so two weeks ago i cleaned out my pc standard compressed air to the cpu cool and fans after putting the system back together i found two issues that keep occurring the first is when i plug in my phone to the computer via usb cable it blue screens only when plugging in the phone.

the second issue is when i boot up the pc its goes to the bios option screen and freezes there this does go away after a few boots but is still a troubling issue screen.

pc components (that i think may be relavent) are as follows asus M5A78L-M motherboard
fx 6300 amd process
16g of 1300mhz ram

also i have check the motherboard for signs of static scaring

Solution
First of all thats a bad motherboard for the FX6300. Don't even think about overclocking.

These sound like ram issues. Re-seat the ram and clean the ram slots.
what was the bugcheck code?

I would start by resetting the BIOS to default and disable any overclocking. You have to get the machine stable before running windows. Then run memory tests memtest86 to confirm your basic system works without failures.

if you get a bugcheck when you use usb devices, you need to
update bios
update chipset drivers from the CPU vendor
update secondary USB drivers from the Chipset vendor of the USB port.
(found on the motherboards website for your system) Lots of usb 3.0 ports use a secondary chip that requires a specific device driver because the chip does not conform to the newer USB 3.0 standards.

and lastly, if the usb device you plug in requires a device driver you need to look for a updated version if you can get it.
