Hello All,

I built a computer back in 2016, and had no issues other than a Windows update crashing my computer a bit after I built it.

Unfortunately, I hadn't played or used it for a couple weeks, and when I went to turn it on, it would power up for less than a second, I would hear the metal "click" sound as though a fan just tried to turn on, and then nothing. Here's a video of what it looks like when I try to turn it on after powering the motherboard: https://youtu.be/O5t9V4sbFos

Here is the motherboard setup an hour ago (sorry for the quality): https://i.imgur.com/SQoBKo2.jpg

Per instructions a lot of people have suggested online, I decide to take out some parts to help narrow down the issue. My PC now looks like this (I removed one of the RAM sticks, the GPU, and the build-in capture card): https://i.imgur.com/oXuAQ5W.jpg

This is the full breakdown of parts on my PC: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/xF8Tmq

I'm curious what could be the cause of this and how I can diagnose it. It seems that the motherboard is getting power, but something is stopping it from fully booting.

Thank you for any assistance you can provide me for this issue!
