Question PC boot issues.

Morning all,

I cant seem to figure this one out. I bought this pre-built, don't hate, and now I'm having an issue on start up. the PC runs fine, but to get the peripherals to work i have to plug them in after i power on the machine, including the display. which means i cant get into the bios because by the time i plug in my monitor, keyboard, and mouse it's already at the windows log in screen. any suggestions?

This is by no means a solution but have the keyboard ready to plug in and smash the bios key like a mad man! Either way if you think this is some sort of bios issue and you want to investigate (naturally), how about trying to clear the CMOS and see if that helps.
