Question PC booted and posted once, never again. VGA light stays lit.

My PC only booted once and reached the BIOs screen when I turned it on the first time to test it. I turned it off so I could insert my peripherals into the machine. But now, nothing displays on my monitor or TV. I reverted to just and HDMI cable again but nothing comes. I've tried to reseat the GPU and RAM multiple times. According to the LED guide on my motherboard manual, a white means the VGA has some sort of error.

My setup:
Motherboard: ASUS AM4 X570-PLUS ATX
CPU: AMD Ryzen 3700X
GPU: XFX RX 5700XT
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB DDR4 3200Mhz

Did you try a clear cmos?
