Built my first PC. I booted a couple of times without the monitor because it didn't come in yet. All those went fine and the computer stayed on for at least 5 minutes in one of the tests. I got the monitor in and booted with it and the first time was good.

Then I plugged my windows 10 USB to install Windows and I didn't even get past the welcome screen before my PC shutoff. No LEDs, fans etc.

Things I tried:
Remove CMOS battery
Tried different power cable
Took out/reseated RAM, cpu cooler, GPU.
Rechecked all the wiring made sure nothing was loose
Rechecked my front panel wiring
Reset the mobo thru shorting it (or at least I think I did).
Took out all the wiring from PSU and reconnected them.

Possible causes:
My installation of the mobo wasn't the best ever. Might have fucked it up

Same with the cpu cooler. Not the smoothest installation.

Specs:
I5-6600k
Cryorig H7
MSI z170A sli
Gskill 16gb DDR4
Evo 850 500gb SSD
Asus dual gtx 1070
Nzxt s340
Evga G2 650w

This is sort of a last ditch attempt before I start RMAing stuff left and right.

For the paper clip test, my psu doesn't come colored wires. Here it is: http://imgur.com/p5WvZP8
Where should I put the paper clip?
Also I don't have a paper clip (yeah I fuckin know) but any 2 metal pins should work right?

Wellll I just realized that one of the pins on the USB connectors is bent and broken on the mobo. So is that pretty much it, I have to RMA the mobo?
