Question PC booting issues

Hi everyone,

I have come here because I am running a little bit desperate. I built a new pc and I have a quite strange problem where sometimes, when I boot it up I get no video output (either through integrated nor external), no peripheral power (keyboard doesn't light up or respond to any key) yet the power light of the case and the gpu rgb lights turn on as well as the fans. When this happens, powering it off and on allows it ot boot up normally. When this problem happens no debug light is on.
Haven't found any consistant way of reproducing this problem and the frequency of it is inconsistant.

Trying to fix it I have tried reallocating the RAM and running memtest, reallocating the CPU and thermal paste checking for blocked or dirty pins in the mobo, resetting the BIOS, resintalling the OS, and swapping the GPU for my previous 1060.

I have been talking to MSI support but they haven't been any useful.

Other things I would like to add for context is only one of the CPU connectors is connected since my PSU only has one (support told me it would be fine) and that the RAM is running at default 4800MHz since setting up AMD EXPO would make booting take 5 minutes (looks like an existing issue). I dont currently care about the EXPO thing, I am worried about the posting issues.

Specs:
CPU: Ryzen 7600X
Motherboard: MSI B650 GAMING PLUS WIFI (latest BIOS version)
GPU: Zotac 4070
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 2x16gb 6000mhz amd optimized
Drive: 1TB NVMe Kingston drive
PSU: Corsair hx750
OS: Windows 10

Any help is greatly appreciated :)

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

PSU: Corsair hx750
How old is your PSU? You might also want to understand that if your PSU is lacking the right connectors for all your hardware in your build, you either have the wrong PSU for the job or the wrong components for the PSU.

Motherboard: MSI B650 GAMING PLUS WIFI (latest BIOS version)
Did you clear the CMOS if you flashed the BIOS after getting the build setup?

I noticed the PSU before selecting the components, I contacted MSI and they told me that unless I planned on overclocking it would be fine jsut connecting one of them.

Right after building the PC I flashed the latest BIOS update and during my troubleshooting after I reset the BIOS

On the back of the psu is a single/multiple switch test in both positions and see if it makes a diff.
