Question PC boots , Fans and LED lights turn on but there is no signal to the monitor. Please help

so i purchased a prebuilt PC at the beginning of June and it worked solid for about 3 months. one day i jumped on and was playing csgo when i started to blue screen constantly but it wasn't a normal blue screen it was like kinda orange so i restarted my PC and hoped that it would fix it self... it didn't, it did the blue screen thing again, when i restarted i was able to get onto csgo and play for about 10 mins when it did the same screen again (i have a photo of the screen) so i restarted once again, i played for another 10 mins and then my screen suddenly became pixelated with white particles, my PC then shut off and i couldn't get signal to my monitor. i recently bought a new GPU thinking that was the problem and that it had just died but it wasn't, i tried some different ram but that didn't work either. i need answers please, i'm lost as to what i need to do
