Question PC boots into Windows Recovery and turns itself off

Last night I was playing video games with my friends until I accidentally hit my power strip button which turned off my computer. I went to turn it back on and my computer booted into Windows Recovery then almost immediately turned itself off. The only thing I tried (only thing I could think of) was to set all my CPU OC back to stock which didn't help.

I'm at a complete loss here and would really appreciate any help.

how old is the psu?
test with just the m.2 ssd connect and not the other ssd?
