[SOLVED] Pc boots keyboard turns on monitor and mouse wont

This has happened a lot recently after I fixed my pc bought anew power supply case and sata cables because old ones broke , when I boot my pc it turns on everything fans and all and my keyboard lights up but my mouse and monitor don’t i usually just unplug everything and after a couple times it works but this time it won’t it just turns keyboard and pc on that’s all

Just take out your graphics card and turn on pc... Then turn off and Change it back..
