Hello.
So it first began with my PC not recognizing my boot device on startup. Then the same day I noticed that my PC is throttling during gaming. Now always when it boots there is no beep like it used to do and sometimes my monitor doesn't get a signal and the light just blinks.
Since then I've updated my bios, reinstalled windows, switched ram and booting only on 1 ram, put a pressure on the cables if they came loose, changed cmos battery but the problem still persists.

CPU: Intel i5-9400f
CPU cooler: stock
Motherboard: asus prime h310m-r
Ram: Adata 8GB Kigdston 16GB 2666hz
SSD/HDD: Toshiba PC P300 1TB
GPU: Nvidia 1060 GTX 6GB
PSU: ig 2650 sixtus 600w
OS: Windows 10

All components are 4.5 years old except for HDD that is 2 years old

My suspect is the PSU loosing power

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

PSU: ig 2650 sixtus 600w
That does not look like a reliably built PSU.

My suspect is the PSU loosing power
Source(borrow, not buy) a reliably built PSU that has 550W of power at the entire system's disposal. If the system boots without an issue, then you've found the culprit.
