Question PC boots to BIOS even after I used "save and exit" ?

My pc has been going into the bios after powering on. Nothing I do gets me past it. I tried to take out the cmos battery. I tried to change it to uefi mode. I tried to make a recovery drive. I tried to update bios but it wouldnt read my usb drive. Swapped out ram and motherboard and ssd. Anyone have any solutions?

If there is no bootable OS, PC will enter BIOS every time after POST.

So, make sure your OS drive is detected in BIOS and it has bootable OS on it (if not, install one).

I tried to boot it using a recovery drive but it would give me a blue screen with ntfs.sys.

Then it means Windows is corrupted beyond repair. Format the OS drive and make clean Win installation. Either that, or if OS corruption happened because your OS drive is dying, then you may look towards new OS drive as well.

Create a bootable Windows installation media on USB thumb drive.
