[SOLVED] PC boots to troubleshoot screen everytime.

Hi all, i was cleaning up alot of files on my PC, i went to restart and then it restarted and just boots to a blue screen with a turn off pc button and a troubleshoot button. I am unable to use automatic repair it fails, i have tried to go back to windows 7 and that doesnt work. I have also tried chkdsk and some other commands is there any tips on how i can fix this issue?

If this happened to me, I'd restore from a recent full system backup. If you don't have a backup, you may have to reinstall Windows.
