PC boots up, No fans spinning, CPU cooler not working also.

Hi,

I have just built a new PC and it boots up into windows and i can log on but none of the fans whatsoever are spinning in the system and my CPU cooler (H110iGTX) also won't start, My GPU and the fans on that work fine but that is all. Help apprecited

Specs:
PSU : Corsair RM1000
CPU : i7 4790k
GPU: MSI R9 390X
Motherboard : Asus Z97A

what case do you have, because some pc case have a fan hub(phantek luxe) which i think you plugged your fans into

I have the 760T i have now linked the fans up to my own daisy chain instead of the one that comes standard with the case and the fans are now operational, still no luck with the CPU cooler though
