Any suggestions for any top of the line computer brands that is best for gaming? thanks

I'd personally suggest building your own system from the ground up though with the current state of the prices for GPU's a lot have stated that moving for a pre built system is an economical approach.

You could look into Dell's Alienware/XPS range, Acer's Predator, Gigabyte's Aorus, Asus's Strix GL12. I'd stay away from any AIO gaming platforms if I were you.
