Question PC broken, turns on for 15 seconds and then turns off and restarts, no POST.

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:

include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

I looked through your motherboard's manual, if your board indeed has a corrupt BIOS, then there's no way to recover it. You'll need to recover the BIOS on the board by using a CH341A BIOS programmer. Again, I'm assuming your BIOS is corrupt, not the processor going bad.

It was working just before it broke, i was literally using it 5 minutes prior, then it broke when i plugged it back in.​

Have you tried checking your Parts like testing one ram at a time and then move onto GPU by removing it and see if it shuts down.

sorry for late reply, the ram worked when i removed one, could be the slot, i will check.
