From what i know the "Critical Process Died" is usually a hardware thing but it s not always that.

I have had this problem for some time now but now it s more active than ever , at first it was bsod-ing in games like cs2 league of legends too but after i disabled XMP it stopped doing it, but on the other hand it kept crashing in games like Elden ring , Gta 5 (haven t tested it since the xmp deactivation)

So i was just wondering if you guys have any ideas , I haven t had any problems with my system for like 1 yr , built it by hand and most of the pc is new since the moment i built it , i stress tested and it doesn t bsod when stressing it fully so i really have no idea , the only second hand part is my RTX 2070 Super.

These are the most common trouble shooting steps:
  1. Update System Drivers. Bios, gpu, etc.
  2. Perform a Clean Boot.
  3. Run SFC /Scannow Command.
  4. Run DISM to Repair Corrupted System Image.
  5. Uninstall Problematic Windows Update.
  6. Try restoring to an earlier date
  7. Try using one stick of ram at a time to rule out each stick of ram
  8. Ensure the cpu and gpu are not overheating
