PC Build ~1200 for PS/LR/AE

Hello there!

I would like to build a Desktop PC for main usage with photoshop Lightroom and some rendering on After effects. I would also like to buy a decent monitor min 27".
Total budget is around 1200 euros (+-100 eur is ok)

Can you please help me on deciding the parts? can you suggest me some key parts?

Prices are German, but shoudl be similar throughout the Eurozone

Adobe products are Nvidia optimized and preffer higher ipc/clock speeds.

So go for gtx 1060 6gb. Cpu depends on how bad you need those extra 2c/4t compared to 8700k.
