PC Build Advice

Hello everyone, I'm going to build a PC this coming spring and I need some advice for the parts. I will be gaming on high/ultra 1080p, editing YouTube videos, and having a ton of things open at the same time. My build has to include Win 10, monitor, and keyboard/mouse under $1500 even better if under $1400. (preferably pcpartpicker links) TIA

Okay, this is probably the most pure performance you can get, at the sacrifice of a pretty budget-orientated case and a non-modular power supply. It also wouldn't be that aesthetically pleasing.

So i came up with this. The only really hard thing to do was to choose peripherals as it is very much up to you. You can choose anything I just chose what i personally have except i have the 21.5 inch version of the monitor. I also went with amd as currently with the whole Nvidia DX12 issues... amd just feels like the safer pick, but (BIG BUT!) since your building this is spring a lot of things could have changed so do not hold this build to that. My advice you be to research, research and research more. You never know, new gpus or cpus could be released that could be better then what is currently here.

What Nvidia DX12 issues? I haven't heard of any as of yet...

Thanks both of you, but I like twnx's build slightly better even though its a bit more on the pricey side

Happy for you to go with that build, but use a different power supply. The EVGA NEX series aren't very good quality, certainly not good enough for a build of that calibre. I'd look towards the EVGA G2, B2 or GS models. 750W would be enough, 650W might be pushing it.
