tried to minimize the cost, i got the rx480 on sale

and put a lower end CPU on there, since i heard CPUs aren't that important if you game.

Try to go for the DIY F2 instead of that MA01-G (~$4 more @ Newegg).

The Corsair CXM 450W (52.99-$20rebate) is on sale for about 15 hours more at Newegg.
