The cpu is not compatible with the mobo. 7800k requires a x299 mobo. Go for a 7700 cpu. If you can, go for corsair cxm 550 or cx 550 2017 model psu. Not so sure abt the Zaman psu.

with Power Provided - 520W is it going to be ok ?

The stock cooler is enough, but it will run loud during gaming or any heavy loads.
