PC Build Compatibility

I was wondering if you could check my PC build to make sure that everything will work with each other, I had to make some changes recently to lower the price and I'm not sure if it is all compatible.

I have the Optical Drive and Monitor Already (I took them out of an old PC and im pretty sure they will still work)

it will work fine and compatible with one another except for the cooler fan, and go for this

Oh I forgot to mention that the GPU will be overclocked, does this change anything?

no you cannot overclock with a h97 mobo, you need to have a z97 mobo. and also you need to have a oc (overclockable) gpu
