My local price is 15-20% higher than amazon/newegg's price. 873$ is equivalent to 1000$

Hey give this a try, i think you'll get a lot more bang for your buck. Good luck!

If you still want to keep ur gtx 950(unreccomended) then youd be under 1,000$ (Closer to 900) so then with the price difference around 1050$

I think high end CPU is more important for premiere pro and screen recorder.

I also prefer i7 6700. But Nvidia has shadowplay which help me to record screen. If I choose i7 6700 then I can't buy gtx 950.

GTX 950 has shadowplay which may help me more than R9 380. Is R9 380 superior than gtx 950 or gtx 960? Benchmark results are very close.

Thanks to all

Actually I'm not gamer it's not true! I play game in mobile 😛 Most of the time I play Clash of Clans. I don't want to be addicted any other games specially PC games.

You shouldnt include a graphics card just for shadowplay, while its a "neat" feature, its not a replacement for recording.
You arent gaming, so go with the i7 and no GPU. If you want to spread the budget a bit more, look at the 5820k and the X99 platform, you will probably find use in the 12 threads. You can probably cut costs on the ram and SSD as well (slightly slower ram and a Samsung drive).

i7 6700 + mobo = 420$
5820K + mobo = 650$ + gtx 950 = 800$

based on my local price

You are right.
