PC build ! decisions !! hard ones pls help !!

hello pls help take a decision between these combos !!
i mainly play bf4 and CSGOso i want as high fps as possible at 1080p
1- i5 4460 + Gigabyte r9 290 4gb
2- i5 4460 + Gigabyte gtx 970 4gb
3- i5 4460 + asus gtx 780ti
4- i5 4670k + Msi gtx 960 4gb
5- i7 3770k + Msi gtx 960 4gb
6- i5 4690k + Msi gtx 960 2gb :/
7- i5 4670k + Poseidon gtx 780 3gb
8- i5 4460 + Gigabyte r9 280x 3gb
and yes i care about oc and i have good cooler

i5 4460 + GTX970 is easily the best choice here.

i5 6600k + wait until the end of the month and get the RX 480 coming out for $200 with close to Fury level performance.
It's not worth it to not get teh latest gen just to keep some ddr3 ram as that's cheap nowadays. I assume you don't already own the MB since you listed incompatible CPUs.

i5 6600k + wait until the end of the month and get the RX 480 coming out for $200 with close to Fury level performance.
It's not worth it to not get teh latest gen just to keep some ddr3 ram as that's cheap nowadays. I assume you don't already own the MB since you listed incompatible CPUs.

i have an fx 8120 atm but i don't want a skylake cpu cus they're so expensive in my country and they'r mobos and ddr4 ram are expensive as well
i already have 16gb of ddr3 ram so...
and the rx 480 will be more expensiv ethan 200$ here :/

Then out of what you have listed i7-3770k and the RX 480. It might be more than $200 there, but it won;t be more that you would pay for a 960 4 gig beacause that's over 200 in the US.

but i saw some benchmarks and videos on utube sayin that the gtx 780ti is slightly better than the 970

No it's not and a new 780Ti will cost you 2X more money than a 970.

970 is better than 780Ti now. nVidia has largely abandoned their old GPUs and they're starting to fall behind in benchmarks, because they're not getting as many optimizations and patches.

Youtube is not a reliable source of information, and no way that is correct.
Regardless, my reccomendation for the i7 3770k + RX 480 stands.

nice choice but the rx 480 won't arrive here until august and it will be mor eexpensive than 200$ , the gtx 1080 is like 900$ here so....
