So here's my take, yes this is a balls to the walls gaming pc however, you don't have to spend this much. With this current rig you are only getting approximately 5-10% more performance than one that costs $1000 dollars less.
 
I mean sure, if you don't mind that burning hole in your pocket. You could also just get windows 10 for 10$ on ebay but I see money is no issue.
As for the KS, it's not any different from the K, just the POSSIBILITY to overclock it a bit more than the K, but the price is jacked up 30 more dollars. If you don't mind then, well, you got yourself a solid build buddy.
 
Your build is a total waste of money.
