PC build for 3x curved WQHD monitors

I built an awesome gaming rig back in 2011 to run Skyrim but its been in my ex's basement for a few years now and I need another desktop

I am wanting to build a computer that can run 3x curved WQHD monitors. (Weird, specific & slightly impractical I know)

This monitor or something similar as the center monitor:

Monitors stats I care about:

• 
  I really want to run 2k monitors.
  I really want three of them.
  I really want them to be curved.
  I hate bezels so I picked these that I think have minimum bezels

Monitor budget: ~$1k
Computer budget: ~$2k (2.5k if the extra $500 is necessary and/or gives me high yield value)

I will mostly be using this computer for hardcore studying (seriously) but I also want to be able to enjoy games during my down time. I'm not worried about 3ms advantages or anything like that but I do want to be able to run things on high/ultra across all three monitors preferably. (I play a lot of fortnight).

I also want to be able to do VR down the line but I think if it runs the monitors the comp will def be able to run VR?

I am open to input on a variety of things but def want massive HD screen real-estate since I have to learn medicine from the internet lol.

So your going to run games on high/ultra across 6K resolution. That is not going to happen video cards are not up to that yet.

Just a single GTX 1080ti will cost 1K and still not run a lot of games in 6K resolution with good settings.

I am not sure that you're right about not being able to run games at this resolution though. I've seen some youtube videos where people are running 3x 4K monitors.

I don't claim to be an expert but I feel like its possible to do this setup with todays tech. The question is what GPUs are the best and can I pull this off with my budget?

Why three curved monitors? Curved monitors make sense as long as you are looking at the center of the monitor. Surround and curved just doesn't go together. Yes you can do it, but it doesn't make sense. Monitors that large in a surround setup also doesn't make sense. I have an Eyefinity setup on my desk. Three monitors that are ~26" large. I have them on a mount which I also suggest you do. But the mounts only go up to 27 or 28" each monitor, not 32". Even with my 26" monitors all three are too big. Looking at the left monitor means I can't see the right at all. While you can do what you want I highly suggest you don't do this. The viewing angles will be all wrong for the side monitors and they are simply too large for a desk setup. (I also dislike 1440 and 2k monitors. 1080 or 4K only for me.)

As for what card, 1080TI is what you really need. Two of them if you are doing an Eyefinity/surround setup with 4k monitors.

Edit: I also distrust youtube reviews. Anyone can do them and you don't know their skill level or personal agenda. Here is the Tom's review for the 1080TI.

Look at GTA5 at 4k. The 1080 is already at 54.9GPS. Now add two more 4k screens. You are already sub 60FPS, it will be worse now. From the previous page BF1 is another sub 60FPS game at single 4k res. Rise of the Tomb Raider is 39.1FPS. There are clearly many games where you won't hit 60FPS at Eyefinity/surround 4K res.

If you look at the PC he is using 3 GTX 980 video cards and getting about 30FPS in Farcry with high settings.
Your looking at the very least a GTX 1080ti just like I said.
Lowest priced one is just less than 1K and don't expect high /ultra settings with 60 FPS.

I disagree with this I love my 1440p 27" IPS monitor, great for my work and games. Comes down to what you like I guess everybody is different but I like my monitor setup with the 1440p IPS and regular 1080p for side programs. Pole mounted so the viewing angle is no problem.

I do agree what he is talking about is not a very good option since it would be 7' of monitors.

Everything is set for 1080 res. 4K is exactly 4 times this amount, so watching movies isn't an issue. 1440 and 2K monitors don't go into 1080 evenly so you end up with boarders, etc. That's my issue with 1440/ultra wide monitors. They are fine for productivity and what not. But a 1080 encoded movie will never fit perfectly.

You might love your monitor, but is it a curved one? Again, the viewing angle works with curved because they expect you to sit in the center. Moving that off to the sides might not be the best ideas. I haven't tried though. They might also be a PITA to get them to line up right.
