Alright i am trying to build a pc for a game called CrowFall. The minumum requirements for the current testing phase is this:
Dual CPU, Intel I-5 3.0 GHz or better processor
8 GB of system RAM
64 bit Microsoft Windows OS, 7.0 or higher
2 GB of dedicated VRAM, in a 3D card that is compatible with Shader 5.0
GForce 600 series or better, AMD Radeon HD 6970 or better
DirectX 11
4GB of disk space

Now my question is i have a old pc at home and i was wondering if there is a way to salvage some parts of it to build a new PC. I would like to keep the case and the liquid cooling system if possible. Here is what was in the pc:
Box: full tower black case 2.0b alienware p2 chassis
Motherboard: XFX nforce 680l sli mb intel
Processor: CDKE, QX6850,3000/1333,2x4m 4c
Drive: seagate 500gb sata
Cooling: TC LCS cold plate retention mechanism intel kit w/vreg high performance liquid cooling
Tc lcs signle pocessor liquid cooling system panaflow fan high performance liquid cooling
Powersupply:
Newton power ltd
Model/ n1000p-00
1000w
Vidocard:
Geforce gtx 295 nvidia
What can i keep? I would like to keep my chassis and powersupply and liquidcooling if there compatible with a newbuild. I also want to try and keep the price down low thats why i was to reuse what i can. Hopefully under 400$
