help me what system to build on US$500 budget. What I need to purchase is processor, motherboard, ram and case only.

I already have a GT430 1gb 128bit vga card but it would be better if I can replace it with that 500 dollar budget..

PC is not purely for gaming. Im not a hardcore gamer but still, I want a system that can play new games too with a playable fps.

System will run 15 hours daily mostly running office apps. No 3D rendering, video editing or autocad stuff.

Im considering Zalman Z9 Plus case coz temperature here is around 30-35C and that case have 4 fans free.

How's that?

You can add upto 2 of those fans alongside the 2 stock ones and this is a very nice airflow case.
CPU cooler because you mentioned it'll need to be cooled well
Good gaming card for medium settings
