I need a future proof build for video editing. i mostly use premiere pro for work.
I do not have plan to extreme overclocking

suggest me if the component choosing is okay or not, if not, please help me to choose better options.

Graphics are overkill, if you are not going to game any, unless your software really takes good advantage of those CUDA cores.

I would suggest you to get RTX 2080ti instead of 2070 Super. This would help you to get more faster and lag free 4K video editing.You need a FUTURE proof PC for video editing so GPU is more important than CPU. You can go for Ryzen 7 for no problem.

I've done some research and found out that CPU is more important than GPU in video editing . coz Video encoding and editing is a CPU intensive process. and 2070 is pretty solid for 4k i think.
can you explain why GPU is most important than CPU?
 
Depends on what program you plan on using, some will use GPU Hardware acceleration to help encode/render. The it also depends on what program you use if Nvidia or AMD work better for this task

However a better CPU still gives a larger advantage for this kind of work. I would say a 2070 Super is probably overkill for just video editing. You could get something like a RX 5700 or 5700xt or RTX 2060 Super, hell even a 1660ti or 1660 Super is probably sufficient for editing purposes.

no doubt this is a very good build! , but unfortunately, I live in a region where amazon haven't arrived yet, EVGA, Subrant are unavailable and the price is much higher than regular. It will cost almost $3000 already in my build :(
but i'll definitely consider the GPU fact
