Hello. I'd like some feedback for compatility and recommendations to lower the price (if possible) on the PC build that i'm trying to make for a friend who's a beginner to Unreal Engine 5 and wants to be able to play games like Rdr2, Rust, Elden Ring etc. without lag. Budget 1200 euros but willing to do 1400 euros if necessary. (<- budget only for the tower, no peripherals)

CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 7950X 4.5GHz (498,52 €)
CPU Cooler: Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE ARGB (56,90 €)
Motherboard: Asus TUF Gaming B650M-Plus WiFi Motherboard Micro ATX AMD AM5 Socket (191,50 €)
Memory: TeamGroup Vulcan XMP 32GB DDR5 RAM 2 x 16 GB (102,85 €)
Storage: Crucial P3 SSD 1TB M.2 NVMe PCI Express 4.0 (67,90 €)
Video Card: Gigabyte GeForce RTX 3060 12GB GDDR6 Gaming OC rev. 2.0 (309,80 €)
Case: Kolink Observatory HF Mesh ARGB Gaming Midi Tower (62,90 €)
Power Supply:Corsair RMx Series RM750x (2021) 750W (109,99 €)

Hey there,

Even at 1080p the RTX3060 will struggle with UE5 based games. UE5 is very tough on systems. You've got a very powerful CPU, with a middling GPU. I don't see it being lag/stutter free unless dialing back graphics detail, like a lot.

Also, the Peerless Assassin is a great CPU cooler for the price. Just keep in mind, it will be loud running cooling the CPU. It will cool it, but not so quietly.
