Hello,

I want to buy a new PC but it costs a lot to buy it pre built, so I want to buy all the compontents one by one and build it myself.

Can you give me a hand with the right compontents?

I want these:

CPU: Intel Core i7 4749
GPU: Nvidia GTX 960

Can you reccomend the best other components to go with this CPU and GPU? Motherboard, small 240-256 GB SSD plus 2 TB HDD, 16 GB RAM, then power supply etc.

Solution
Power supply cooler master- 500 / corsair vs 550 enough (GTX 960 power requirment 400W) . Motherboard - Msi gaming 5 or 7 (depended on your budget) .
Best quality HDD - Western digital . Ram - Corsair vengeance / G skill sniper / G.SKILL Ripjaws . And never heared i7 4749 @_@ i guess it is i7 4790 / 4770 ?

Solution
If I were you I would save the money on the CPU and get a i5-4690k and then use it to get a GTX 970.

Heres my build I hope it helps you out:

CPU: i5-4690K
GPU: GTX 970
CASE: Phanteks Enthoo Pro
PSU: Rosewill Capstone 750W 80 Plus GOLD
MOBO: Asus Z97-Pro
SSD: Plextor M6e M.2 256 GB
SSD #2: Samsung 850 EVO
HDD: WD WD10EZEX 1TB 7200 RPM
MEMORY: 8 GB Kingston 1866 Mhz

Thank you for the list. I will be doing a lot of editing and rendering so I am more focused on the CPU. So the i7 is a must.

And yes, I meant i7 4790 😀
