So when I place my wires in and everything. The case fans aren't turned on (it's connected to this plate thing on the back of the case but I do not know where to go from there.) my liquid CPU cooler does not also turn on. And the motherboard lights turn green, the GPU light turns white... please help. This is my first pc build

Is the case power button connected to the proper front panel pins?

Try disconnecting everything from the front panel connector on the motherboard, and using a screwdriver to jump the two pins marked as the power button. You may need to reference your manual to find out which pins these are.
Your case probably has a fan hub, and you connected things to there instead of on the motherboard. You need to connect your pump to the CPU_FAN header on your motherboard, and the hub on a SYS_FAN header or just ignore the hub and use the motherboard's connectors.

OP messaged me his parts. He didn't list the motherboard, but did list the case. NZXT Phantom 530.

There is a Molex connector coming from the case itself. That needs to be connected to the power supply in order for the fan hub to get any power.

As for your AiO, connect the fan to CPU_FAN and the pump to CPU_OPT or whatever your board calls the second CPU fan connector.

So after reviewing your motherboard, I see you only have one CPU fan header. I'd connect the CPU fans to that and connect the pump to one of the CHA fan connectors.

As for the fan controller in the case, your PSU comes with 4 Molex connectors (Rosewill calls them Peripheral connectors). Connect the fan controller to one of those and try again.

so my stuff are all connected correctly. The only thing is that the PSU fan won't start even powering on via Case power button. And I tried the paper clip thing to see if the PSU works and it did

I <mod edit> love you with all my heart, my stressed clear as soon as I saw those beautiful LEDS. Orgasmic. so is it my power switch?

Watch the language please. - G

Ok I tried holding the power switch so the electricity or whatever from the capacitors clear out and fortunately it works! The best feeling ever. Dude Thank you so much!

Yes it was wired correctly, but thank you so much

Yes the CPU fans are spinning great and the other three Case fans are spinning also, the only thing I'm worried about now are the wiring the optical drive and HDD.

Connect them to SATA power from the PSU, run a SATA data cable from each drive to the motherboard. That's about it.

Done. So everything works great! I bought the CPU cooler for the sole purpose of getting an extra bit of power from CPU. You said the PSU isn't great for it...? What should I do? Don't go too far on OC?

I wouldn't OC at all on a Rosewill PSU.

Something like the Corsair RMx series or the EVGA SuperNOVA G3 series would be better suited to the task.
