Long story short. I wanna build a pc that will suit my needs. I know I want a i5 6700K intel processor a corsair carbide 400c case and a mechanical drive for storage and a ssd for my boot drive needs.
My needs are for general use but will also be used for dedicated console to pc streaming through twitch. I am trying to have a solid stream for twitch. Everything else... GPU, motherboard, ram, adequate power supply. I really dont know what will suit my needs.
Im looking for a budget build. I will choose my peripherals separately.
Any help from a knowledgeable source would be greatly appreciated.

hmm, so its gonna be 1080p 60fps @ 60MBit or more. u also have to encode that video and stream it from ur Xbox one. so for that,

CPU: Intel - Core i5-7500 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor ($188.49 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: Gigabyte - GA-B250M-Gaming 3 Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard ($69.98 @ Newegg)
Memory: GeIL - SUPER LUCE 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR4-2400 Memory ($62.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: PNY - CS1311 120GB 2.5" Solid State Drive ($52.99 @ Best Buy)
Storage: Seagate - BarraCuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($46.49 @ OutletPC)
Case: Thermaltake - Core V21 MicroATX Mini Tower Case...
Im in Georgia(USA). My budget is around $500 but I can spend more if absolutely necessary. My main worry is buying more than what is needed. I would like some future proofing but its not absolutely necessary.

and later upgrade to a i7 7700 and 2 more ram sticks[same model] for 16 gigs of ram. went with the same case since i think u r into looks. that g4560 CPU will suffer anything beyong 60 fps and in latest AAA games, u can expect 30-40 fps in 1080p maxed out settings.

Yea... I the way the case looks... But its not absolutely necessary. I know that what I like and what I need are likely 2 completely different things. So dont let my choices deter any suggestions you may have. Im prepared to spend more if absolutely necessary but ideally I'd like to keep this build conservative in price but still durable and stable enough to last for a while. My wants are solely base upon what ive read about and heard from big streamers who also make youtube videos.
The reason for the i5 6700K was due to the availability to overclock. Truthfully I dont even know if its needed (overclocking)considering all Im gonna do is be streaming my xbox one gameplay via OBS to twitch and incorporating a facecam. I dont have any intentions to do any direct pc gaming which makes me wonder if I really even need a GPU. Ive researched CPU's with integrated graphics but havent really come to a conclusion as to whether or not I could get by with just the cpu with integrated graphics. Im really a novice whose looking to just get what I need to have a good smooth and stable stream that wont kick me offline every so often.
So feel free to give me your suggestions if you were to build yourself a budget friendly pc but still get the job done. And btw, thanks for your suggestions thus far.

the integrated graphics in 7500 is HD 630 and is enough for the task. a decent cpu with a DX10 compatible gpu is what is required for OBS streaming. if u plan to do some gaming too, get that ryzen build i posted above.

the rx580 r out of stock. u can wait for them n get it or have a 1060 now like i listed. the ripjaws price has shot up. gave u an alternative. better SSD.

the rx580 will perform a bit better in DX12 games. and paired with an AMD CPU, it might be a bit more optimized. but nothing wrong with going for a 1060. its great for 1080p and if u dont care abt fps bragging rights, i dont see any reason not to buy one now when an rx580 isnt available.

Another thing... Im really torn about a monitor... I know that 144hz and 1ms input lag are kinda the go-to for pc gaming. The 144hz being for a "buttery smooth" experience. Im prepping for destiny 2 on pc. My question really is. Should i worry about 4k?
