PC BUILD - I want to buy a pc but a have some questions.

I DONT WANT TO SPEND MORE THAN 650$.
I WILL NOT BUY THE REFERENCE RX 480 4GB.
I WILL NOT OVERCLOCK.

Questions:

1) Is the mobo good for the rx 480? because i heard if i go for a cheap one will kill my mobo.
2) Should I wait for the 1060?
3) Is the build good or no?

Pls help me out with this, also let me now about other builds.

1) This should not be an issue when the first fix comes out. Also, that's (so far) an issue on the AMD cards. Don't know if the Sapphire one have the same issues. Stay tuned for actual results and benchmarks though.

2) Rumor has it they'll present/reveal it Thursday. Probably won't have independent benchmarks yet, but the specs'll be there. 2 days isn't that long a wait.

3) Yeah, pretty decent.
