I am looking to buy a pc for gaming and would like to know if all of these components will work and not fail.
Processor: Intel i5-3570K 4,2 GHZx4
Motherboard: MSI Z77A-G45
GPU: GTX 670 OC 2GB GDDR5 PCI-E 3.0
RAM: Hynix 4x2GB DDR3 1600MHZ
Power Supply: Corsair VS450 Black 80+Bronze

Solution
They will work together, but i agree with MisterSprinkles. Don't go for junk. Save up for a little while longer and get new and good quality components.
If you go through with this build, you will regret not getting better stuff a few years down the road.

All the parts should work, but unless you are getting prices 1/2 of what the new version are, I'd get the latest versions instead. Also there is no guarantee you can OC the i5-3570K to 4.2Ghz every chip is different. I don't know about you but I only upgrade my motherboard once every 3-6 years so when I do I want to get the latest so additional upgrades will be cheaper. I will also have access to new stuff that comes out for the current platform. I'd get the following instead.

I5-4690K
GIGABYTE GA-Z97-HD3
VGA card is fine
G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB)
XFX 550W Power supply
