i want to build a gaming pc and i have selected gtx 970 and want help for other hardware like cpu mobo etc.

do i need a wireless adapter card or not or it is preinstalled on motherboard ?

If you have a Ethernet cable plugged into the MB then you need to download the LAN drivers from the disk that came with the MB, from there you should get internet access.

i have a ethernet cable but it is used on modem for wifi and in my laptop wifi is showing but in my new pc there is no network connection is showing

Which MB do you have? If your MB doesn't support Wifi then you'll need to buy an Ethernet cable to plug from the MB to the Wifi.

Ok, so yea your MB isn't Wifi. You will need to either (1) Buy a Ethernet cable and hook it up from the MB to the Wifi (2) Buy a PCI or USB wifi card and set it up.
