B360 any decent model
Gtx 1060 or gtx 2060
2x4 gb ram
And my budget is about 1300 cad with all the components like monitors and accesories included
I just wanted to ask that is i3 8100 good enough for gtx 1060 for 1080p gaming in future or should i wait for gtx 2060
I usually play games like
R6 siege
Rust
Battlefield
Or should i buy gtx 980 ti on ebay its compareable to gtx 1070

These 8th-gen i3s are quad-cores, so they'll run today's games just as well as the previous-gen i5s. I imagine there will be games appearing within the next couple years or so that might need more threads to run well though. Personally, I would go up to a 6-core i5-8400 or Ryzen 2600 to keep the system relevant longer.

As for the 2060, there isn't enough information available about it yet to make a reasonable assessment of its value. It also might not be available until sometime around November.

If you are looking for cards in the 1060's price/performance range, you might also consider the RX 580, which performs similar to a 1060 6GB, with some models currently available for significantly less. It is a bit less energy efficient...
