Hardware Specs:
Gigabyte X570 UD
AMD Ryzen 7 3800X + Wraith Prism
G.Skillz Trident Z RGB DDR4 3200
MSI Radeon RX 5700 XT Gaming X
Samsung 970 EVO NVMe M.2 PCIe 1TB
Seagate Barracuda 4TB
ASUS PCIe WiFi Adapter

AOC Monitor (Conected via HDMI to GPU)
Only the RAM is working (i.e. lighting up). The cpu cooler fan and the case fans aren't spinning; the gpu fan's don't spin and the monitor is getting no signal. I have tried everything from replugging in cables and switching which PCIe port the GPU is connected to and nothing has worked. Does anyone have any ideas as to how I could fix these problems?
Note: There are some cables attached to the case which I couldn't find connectors for.
