Question PC Build - looking to upgrade

Hi,

I feel like my rig is pretty decent but I'm getting some bad performance recently with games so I'm looking to upgrade. Looking at my current setup which component upgrade would have the most effect on performance. In other words: what is bottlenecking my pc?

MSI H310M PRO-VH
Intel® Core™ i7-8700K 4,7GHz
2x Geil EVO Spear 8GB DDR4-2400
Nvidia GTX 1080
500 Watts Cooler Master MPW-5002-ACABW

You shouldn't be having performance issues. Check CPU and GPU temps in games.

Your PSU might be the cause of the issue too, since it is pretty low quality.

That's what I thought but the temps seem to be fine. But when things get hectic in games like csgo, overwatch etc. my fps drop pretty hard even though I play on pretty low settings. The weird thing is if I do a benchmark my pc scores pretty high so I'm not sure what the problem is.
