PC Build Not Booting, Breadboarded and Still Nothing

Hello,

After installing all of my components and plugging into a display, I was unable to get a signal and bios didnt boot. (mobo lights come on, psu and cpu cooler fan spins for a second or two then stop, no beeps from on board speaker)

I then followed these steps per the sticky post and am still getting nothing, fearing that I have either a faulty mobo, cpu or psu.

I currently have everything pulled and tried breadboarding, with only the cpu power, cpu cooler fan, front panel pins, and the 24 pin power supply cable plugged in.

Here is a video of what happens when I boot and some pictures.

As a first time builder any input would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

(Here is my full part list building in an ncase m1.)

I went through the steps in the sticky post I mentioned, and right now I have the mobo pulled out of the case and only the cpu power, cpu cooler fans, 24 pin psu power cable, and front system plugged into the mobo.

Yeah I removed the gpu. Right now I just have the cpu and cpu cooler fan in, and I am still getting no feedback or beeps from the onboard speaker, the mobo just lights up and fans spin for a second as per the video I posted above.
