PC Build Suggestion

I know I already have a thread on this, but I was wondering if it was possible if I could get a build for about $170 that could run many demanding games on low - medium settings. I already have a gtx 750 ti, and Im willing to buy from sites such as newegg, amazon, and ebay. Im sorry about this, but I was wondering if this was truly possible. Anyone mind giving some offers? P.S, a lot of the games I play are either indie games, or fairly old games.

If you could find something like an older i5 + motherboard + ram combo and a cheap psu + case combo you could do it. Scout ebay and some local sites for a little bit every day to find a good deal and just take your time buying up all the parts.
